Soft-Open Popup: Smooth press-to-release lift; retracts flush when closed.
Brushed Chrome Finish: Aluminum body with brushed chrome top plate.

Pre-Galvanized Steel Junction Box: Junction box and cover supplied; installer wires the supply directly into the box (no factory cable).
