Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes — we deliver to every emirate across the UAE, and to the wider Gulf on request. Free delivery on orders over AED 500.
Do you offer B2B / wholesale pricing?
Yes. We supply contractors, showrooms and trade customers. Send us your product list through the quote form and we reply with tiered pricing within one business day.
What warranty comes with each product?
Every product carries the manufacturer warranty for its brand. The exact coverage is listed on each product page.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Defective items are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, all major cards, and bank transfer. Trade accounts can request credit terms.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
Yes — visit us at Shop SR-14B, Union Mall, Industrial Area 13, Sharjah. Open Saturday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM (closed Friday).
